Course Overview
Our Level 1 course is a comprehensive program designed to equip participants with essential self-defense skills in a simple and practical manner. There are 3 x 10 week modules to the course split over the 3 school terms.
Taught by experienced instructors with backgrounds in the British Army and professional mixed martial arts, this course distills effective techniques for self-protection and conflict resolution into easily understandable lessons.
